Absolutely love it (2008-09-22)
This is a great product at a reasonable price... unlike those $80 ilaps. I use this stand with my 13" ilap and I absolutely love it. It provides just the right amount of lift, is simple, portable, doesn't plug into a usb port, etc. You don't need something excessively fancy to prevent your computer from overheating, just something simple enough to increase air flow around the base. Thank you Handstands for providing an affordable alternative to all the overpriced laptop stands out there.
Not Bad for the money (2008-08-25)

I've tried some of the other coolers, and, while they work, they were heavy, noisy, or just stunk (literally). While this stunk a bit at first too, the smell went away really quickly, and seemed to work quite well. It doesn't have any fans, but simply elevating my laptop using this worked.
It's basically made of a type of foam, and does seem a tad small for my 17 incher. In the end, I just had to find the right spot to place it, and it worked good. Using the Intel CPU cooler app, I noticed it cooled my laptop about 10 degrees..

This item works as it claims. If you have a large screen notebook, be advised that it will sit awkwardly until properly adjusted.
A must have for any laptop user (2008-06-03)
This product will help any person that works with a laptop on a desk. After about 15 minutes of your computer running you can defiantly feel the heat being radiated by your computer. Just like a car you do not want your computer over heating. This product lifts it off of your desk just enough to create circulation under your laptop. Another bonus is that it puts the key board of your laptop at a much more comfortable angle to type at. You simply cannot beat this for the price. It is a well justifiable purchase.

Nothing fancy and not expensive but it works great! Buy this product, you won't be disappointed.
